Annual Fund Coordinator
The Erie Philharmonic is seeking a full-time Annual Fund Coordinator to support and grow the donor base that powers our mission. In this key role, you’ll partner with the Director of Development to manage fundraising campaigns, craft donor communications, oversee acknowledgments, represent the Phil at concerts and other events, and help ensure the long-term sustainability of live music in our community.
Operations Assistant
The Erie Philharmonic is seeking a part-time Operations Assistant to help keep our performances running smoothly from before the first rehearsal to after the final bow. Your duties will include coordinating guest artist logistics, supporting our musicians’ needs, managing rehearsal and performance personnel operations, and serving as a welcoming, problem-solving presence at concerts and other events.
